Hi, I'm Sal. I am a business consultant, professional chef, nutrition and food safety advocate. I specialize in restaurant operations and developing management structures for a variety of businesses including, but not limited to the food industry. With nearly 40 years experience as a business owner and executive manager dealing in areas such as high-volume food processing, distribution, marketing, sales, and international commodities broker dealing in imports/exports, I have developed an invaluable set of skills that have been quite useful in solving some of the most daunting business issues.
