- No, we do not provide these types of services. We are business consultants and although, we have professional chefs in our working group, we do not offer these types of services. - What Types Of Foods Do You Specialize in?
- We have an extensive knowledge of food cultures and are quite adept in food preparation from various parts of the world. American, Asian (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese to name a few), French, Italian, Latin (Mexican and South American), and Mediterranean cuisines are only a few of the foods that we are experienced at preparing. However, the most important aspect of our food specialty is in the focus we put on the health, nutrition, and quality of the dishes we develop. We specialize in developing foods for people with immune deficiencies such as children, the elderly, and people with chronic health conditions such as cholesterol and diabetes ailments. Top of page

- We provide a wide range of training services to our clients’ work staff. From safety and sanitation techniques and better ways of food preparation to employee motivation. We also provide training for managers, and owners, in areas such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), inventory management, cost analysis, and production improvement to name a few.
